Professional profile

I undertook my training in Bristol and Liverpool. I was awarded a PhD for his research on macular degeneration and subsequently completed advanced fellowships in ocular plastic surgery, surgical retina and cataract complications and subsequently medical retina with uveitis. I now supervise the training of 13 fellows in his department.

Clinical Interests

Routine and complex cataract surgery and their complications, Vitreo-retinal surgery including retinal detachment, macular hole, diabetic retinopathy and epiretinal membranes, Macular Degeneration and Retinal Vein Occlusion including Anti-VEGF treatments, Uveitis including Immunosuppression therapies, Ocular Plastics including Blepharoplasty, Ptosis and Lid malpositions.
