I devote 45 minutes of my time every alternate day to pursue Yoga, an exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing. On alternate days, I keep fit by brisk walking, followed by some routine exercises.

I enjoy travelling, both at home and abroad, visiting different places, and have a keen interest in understanding different cultures and lifestyles.

I also enjoy reading, walking and eating out/socialising with family. Friends are regularly welcomed and enjoyed.
