Whilst a level of service is expected from the private sector, I was extremely pleased with every aspect of my experience, from the staff involved with helping me through the day, to the food supplied from the kitchen
I would like to compliment Spire Yale on the excellent service that I have received during my treatment and recovery from my shoulder operation. Mr Singh has been an enormous help with diagnoses and advice, and I would certainly recommend him to others as being, in my opinion, a top-class consultant orthopaedic surgeon.
I would also like to comment on the staff and treatment that I received on the day of my operation. I did have some reluctance when I was asked to order a snack for a (compulsory) post-operation meal, but eating the food that was prepared was far from a chore, and was at least as good as something that I would prepare at home.
Whilst the service provided by all on my day of admittance was excellent, I would like to make special mention of Staff Nurse Saffron Sparkles.
Saffron was my main contact during the day, and I would have to say that her attention and professionalism was way beyond my highest expectations. There were a number of small things that she did, both pre and post-op, which made a potentially stressful day an almost pleasant experience. It appeared that no deed within her power, however minor, was any trouple for her.
I would be grateful if you could pass on my heartfelt thanks for her superb care, and if I am ever in the unfortunate position to require your services again in the future, then I would certainly hope that I would be lucky enough to fall under Saffron's care again. Again, many thanks to all concerned with my care and treatment.
