I am a UK‑trained Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in foot and ankle surgery, providing expert care for patients across Worcester and Worcestershire. My practice focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of sports‑related foot and ankle injuries, ankle arthritis, minimally invasive foot and ankle surgery, and complex trauma.
My clinical interests encompass the full spectrum of foot and ankle pathology, including achilles tendon surgery, ankle ligament repair and reconstruction, ankle fusion and other treatments for painful ankle arthritis, minimally invasive foot and ankle surgery, bunion surgery and correction of toe deformities, flatfoot reconstruction, osteotomies for deformity correction, Morton’s neuroma, rheumatoid foot surgery, complex foot and ankle trauma, and the use of diagnostic and therapeutic injections, with a particular focus on restoring function and enabling patients to return safely to activity.
I have undertaken a number of prestigious specialist fellowships in both the UK and Australia, including training at the Fortius Clinic, London, the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, Southmead Hospital in Bristol, and the New South Wales Limb Reconstruction Centre in Sydney. This advanced subspecialist training has enabled me to deliver contemporary, evidence‑based care tailored to the individual needs of each patient.
Alongside my clinical work, I have a strong commitment to research and education. I am an Honorary Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Warwick and have published over 30 peer‑reviewed research papers in leading scientific journals. I am actively involved in ongoing research projects in foot and ankle surgery and orthopaedic trauma.
I also serve as a peer reviewer for several respected academic journals, including The Foot, The Bone & Joint Journal, and Injury, contributing to the advancement of orthopaedic surgical practice both nationally and internationally.
