Mr Hollis has developed facial plastic surgery as a subspecialty within the ENT department in Worcestershire. This work includes the treatment of facial skin lesions concentrating mainly on skin cancer and reconstruction of surgical defects, liaising closely with the skin multi-disciplinary team. He lectures on the annual St Mary's Hospital facial plastic course and is also an examiner for the MRCS surgical examination.
