Mr Kevin McMillan

My private practice focuses on general maxillofacial problems, including surgical tooth extractions, facial pain, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders. I also have a specialist interest in the assessment and management of jaw and facial deformity, as well as the treatment of post‑traumatic facial deformity.

Alongside my specialist training in oral and maxillofacial surgery, I completed a one‑year Fellowship in Craniofacial Surgery at Birmingham Children’s Hospital, gaining advanced experience in complex facial and jaw conditions. This fellowship enhanced my expertise in facial structure, function, and reconstruction.

I have a strong commitment to surgical education and am actively involved in the training of junior surgical trainees. For over five years, I have been a member of the NOTTS (Non‑Operative Technical Skills for Surgeons) Faculty, where I deliver education on surgical performance, teamworking, and patient safety.

I am also an examiner for the FRCS examination in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. In addition, I have written and contributed to surgical textbooks, authored numerous peer‑reviewed journal publications, and have presented nationally and internationally on my specialist areas of practice.

I provide private oral and maxillofacial consultations for adult patients in Worcester and across Worcestershire, offering expert assessment, clear explanations, and personalised treatment plans.
