I am a Consultant Urological Surgeon whose NHS work is based at Russell Hall Hospital. I have a specialist interest in laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery for kidney cancer but I also provide surgical treatments for benign prostatic enlargement. I was the first urologist in the West Midlands to perform Rezum water ablation of the prostate and continue to explore novel therapies for common urological conditions. Honest, expert advice and compassionate care are the pillars of my clinical practice and reputation.

I am able to treat a wide array of urological conditions, offering advice and medical treatments for erectile dysfunction, recurrent urinary tract infection and chronic prostatitis. I perform circumcisions, preputioplasty, hydrocele repair and epididymal cyst excision. I have treated over 200 patients for kidney stones via ureteroscopic laser fragmentation and have performed a similar number of transurethral resections of the prostate for bladder outflow obstruction. I administer bladder botox for patients with overactive bladder and offer diagnostic camera inspections of the bladder.

My clinical interests include: benign prostate diseases, bladder and kidney stone disease, bladder cancer, erectile dysfunction, female urology, urinary incontinence, kidney cancer, urinary tract infections and urological pathology.

I am the Urology Governance Lead within the Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust. I also act as the Deputy Chair of the West Midlands Cancer Alliance, Urology Expert Advisory Group which reviews guidelines on the management of urological cancers and works with hospitals across the region to improve the treatment of urological cancer.

I graduated from University of Leicester with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery and an intercalated degree in Biological Sciences. I began my urology specialist training in the North West & Mersey Deanery before moving to the West Midlands where I completed my training. I was appointed as a Consultant Urologist in 2021.
