After graduating from Medical School, Mr Paliobeis completed his Surgical and Orthopaedic training in Athens, Greece. Following completion of specialist training, he moved to the UK where he undertook several distinguished Fellowships in: Trauma (AO Foundation) in Leeds, Musculoskeletal Oncology at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in Birmingham, Knee Surgery at York Hospital, Hip Surgery / Hip Arthroscopy at the Richard Villar Practice in London. Following his Fellowships he held the post of Locum Consultant in Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge and at the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading, before being appointed as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Hereford County Hospital in 2012. Mr Paliobeis maintains a keen interest in teaching and is on the faculty for a renowned international course which trains surgeons on surgical techniques in hip arthroscopy. Mr Paliobeis reviews regularly for The Bone and Joint Journal (formerly known as the "Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery (BR)").
Mr Paliobeis‘ elective practice is mainly devoted to the treatment of problems of the hip and knee joint. His specialisation lies in the surgical treatment of young patients with hip disorders and he is able to offer an effective surgical option to help such individuals return to full activity.
