Dr Willmott has always practised cognitive behavioural therapies, but is flexible enough to recognise that sometimes just support and affirmation is all that is needed, even in severe psychopathology.

He welcomes referrals of minor and major severity. An important element in dealing with psychological problems is to remain personable and interested. Dr Willmott is fortunate in being able to do this.
