Professional profile

Zowie Wild is a fully qualified and experienced Registered Dietitian. She graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours Degree in Dietetics from Queen Margaret’s University she has a wealth of experience within the National Health Service (NHS) and private sectors practising as a clinical and community registered dietitian.

“As a dietitian I focus on improving people’s health and well-being through prescriptive dietary means. The most rewarding part of my job is “knowing that I have a direct impact on improving people’s quality of life, health and self-esteem” Zowie’s main areas of interest include weight management, bariatric surgery, fertility, IBS, FODMAP’s dietary approach, general nutrition and health and sports nutrition.

She is registered with the Health Professions Council (HPC) and a full member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA), Gastroenterology specialist group (GSG), Food & intolerance Group (FAIG), Dietitians in Obesity Management (DOMUK), Sports Dietitians UK (SDUK) and the Freelance Dietitians (FDG) specialist groups of the BDA and is currently undertaking an MSc in Exercise & Nutrition.
