Mr Rajeev Advani

Consultant ENT, Facial Plastic, and Anterior Skull Base Surgeon

I am a consultant ENT and facial plastic surgeon with over 16 years of experience, specialising in conditions affecting the nose, sinuses, nasal airway and Eustachian tubes. My areas of expertise include nasal allergy, advanced and revision sinus surgery, rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty, complex septal perforation repair, and minimally invasive office-based rhinological procedures.

I undertook advanced post-CCT fellowship training in rhinoplasty, rhinology, facial plastic surgery and anterior skull base surgery at St George's University Hospital, London. I have performed more than 4,500 operations, including over 250 rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty procedures, as well as several hundred endoscopic sinus operations.

I am committed to providing patients with the latest evidence-based treatments, including dupilumab for chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps and sublingual immunotherapy for hay fever and nasal allergies where clinically appropriate. I also treat facial skin cancers and perform anterior skull base and facial plastic surgery.

Alongside my clinical practice, I hold several leadership and educational roles. I am Clinical Director of the ENT and Head & Neck Directorate at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, Chief Medical Officer at Skannr UK, and an Honorary Senior Lecturer at Edge Hill University. I regularly teach on national and international rhinoplasty and sinus surgery courses.

My approach is centred on delivering personalised, evidence-based care, ensuring patients feel listened to, well informed and involved in every decision about their treatment.
