"Spire provides an exceptional and quality service to patients with the highest possible standards. It strives to provide the best healthcare possible in a warm and friendly atmosphere."
I am a consultant urologist specialising in reconstructive and andrological surgery, seeing patients at Spire with a wide range of male and urinary health concerns. My approach is discreet, personal and evidence‑based, with treatment plans tailored carefully to each individual’s needs.
I specialise in genital and reconstructive urology, including penile reconstruction, Peyronie’s disease surgery and penile implant surgery for erectile dysfunction. I also have extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of male fertility problems and am one of a small number of surgeons in the UK offering microscopic testicular sperm extraction for men requiring assisted conception. Where appropriate, I work closely with fertility specialists to provide coordinated care.
Alongside this, I treat urinary symptoms such as incontinence and prostate‑related problems, offering modern, minimally invasive treatments. I was an early adopter of the UroLift procedure for benign prostate enlargement and performed the first outpatient UroLift procedure in Europe. I also undertake diagnostic assessments such as cystoscopy and manage a broad range of general urological conditions.
In addition to my private practice at Spire, I completed specialist fellowship training in andrology, genital surgery and male fertility at one of the world’s leading centres. I am actively involved in national professional committees and medical education, and I continue to publish and speak internationally within the field of urology.
My priority is to provide expert, compassionate care in a supportive environment, helping patients feel informed, respected and confident in their treatment choices.
Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active, travelling and exploring different cuisines.
