I am a Consultant Oncoplastic Breast Surgeon offering comprehensive breast care, from the assessment and treatment of benign breast conditions through to breast cancer surgery and cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. My approach puts the patient at the center of every decision, taking the time to understand their individual circumstances and priorities, and working together to agree a treatment plan that is both clinically sound and right for them.
Alongside oncoplastic and reconstructive breast surgery, I have a strong interest in cosmetic and revisional breast surgery, including breast reduction, mastopexy, implant removal and replacement, auto-augmentation, capsulectomy, fat transfer, and corrective implant surgery — allowing me to offer an individualized approach to both reconstructive and aesthetic breast care. I also have particular expertise in risk-reducing surgery for BRCA gene carriers and other high-risk patient groups.
I have been a Consultant Oncoplastic Breast Surgeon for 3 years and currently practice at Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Trust, across Aintree, the Royal Liverpool, and Broadgreen Hospitals (LUFT hospitals). Alongside my clinical work, I am actively involved in professional leadership and education — including as Breast Specialty Lead for the Medical School at the University of Liverpool and undergraduate lead for medical school at LUFT — and I regularly present and publish my work nationally and internationally to ensure the care I offer reflects the latest evidence.
