I am a Clinical Psychologist with many years of experience supporting adults with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.
I provide assessment and treatment for conditions such as anxiety, depression, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder and eating disorders, as well as supporting people with the psychological impact of long-term health conditions. I have a particular interest in pain management, helping patients navigate the emotional and behavioural effects of chronic pain and disability as part of a multidisciplinary approach.
My work also includes psychotherapy for relationship and sexual difficulties, offering a sensitive and supportive environment where patients can talk openly about concerns that may feel difficult to address elsewhere.
Over the years, I have worked across both NHS and private settings and have been part of specialist teams in areas such as genito-urinary medicine, bariatric services and chronic pain clinics, including long-standing involvement at Clatterbridge.
My approach is calm, collaborative and focused on understanding each person’s individual experience. I aim to help patients develop practical strategies and insights that support long-term wellbeing and improved quality of life.
