I am a Consultant Physician specialising in endocrinology and diabetes, with over 15 years’ experience supporting patients with a wide range of hormonal and metabolic conditions.
I see patients with conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis and more complex endocrine conditions, including pituitary and adrenal disease. I also have a particular interest in helping people manage weight and improve their overall metabolic health, always taking a personalised and practical approach.
Alongside my clinical work, I lead diabetes services locally and have been closely involved in developing integrated care pathways to improve outcomes for patients. I have extensive experience in managing both type 1 and type 2 diabetes, including more complex cases and associated complications.
My approach is centred on working in partnership with patients, taking the time to listen, explain conditions clearly and agree on a treatment plan that fits with their lifestyle and goals. I am committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care while helping patients feel informed and supported throughout their journey.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing the guitar and keeping active.
