I am a consultant orthopaedic surgeon specialising in foot and ankle disorders and managing acute general foot and ankle trauma at the Royal Liverpool and Broad green University Hospital NHS Trust since March 2013.
I graduated from Gulbarga University in India, in 1996. My basic surgical training was undertaken in various centres in UK. I completed my higher surgical training from Newcastle deanery in the North East of England, gaining the higher surgical degree in Trauma & Orthopaedics.
I completed a dedicated nationally recognised fellowship in Foot & Ankle surgery at Glasgow and was appointed as a consultant in 2013.
I have presented papers in international forum and have published on complex ankle and foot disorder in peer reviewed journals. I am a keen teacher and am also the lead for undergraduate training in Trauma& Orthopaedics.
