Professional profile

I am a specialist consultant musculoskeletal radiologist whose NHS base is the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, Birmingham. After undertaking my radiology training in Nottingham, I completed a fellowship in musculoskeletal and spinal radiology at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in London. I have co-authored over 70 peer reviewed scientific papers and maintains a strong research and academic interest. I lecture regularly at both a national and international level.

I have developed a particular interest in the diagnosis of sports related injuries and provide imaging services for a wide variety of professional and elite sports organisations. I am a member of the Medical team for the London 2012 Olympics. I undertake musculoskeletal ultrasound, MRI, CT and intervention.
