I am a Consultant Gastroenterologist, working at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust, Good Hope Hospital. I graduated from Birmingham University Medical School in 1987, and have been a consultant since 1999.
I specialise in endoscopy, hepatobiliary and inflammatory bowel disease. I am passionate about helping people who are suffering from these conditions, and I take great pride in my work as a gastroenterologist.
Over the years, I have developed a wealth of experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of digestive disorders. I work closely with my patients to understand their symptoms and develop personalised treatment plans that address their specific needs. I also work with a team of other medical professionals to ensure that my patients receive the best possible care.
In addition to my clinical work, I am also involved in various research projects and have published several papers on the latest advancements in gastroenterology. I am constantly striving to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in my field, and I am committed to providing my patients with the most advanced and effective treatments available.
Overall, I am dedicated to helping my patients live healthier and happier lives, and I am grateful for the opportunity to do what I love every day.
