Some of the principal treatments carried out by Mr Deb Pal at Spire include:
I am a Consultant Neurosurgeon in Leeds and 100% of my elective workload is related to the spine.
I completed my neurosurgical training in Leeds. Following this, I undertook a nationally recognised one-year spine fellowship in Nottingham which is one of the leading spinal centres in this country. This provided me with complete training in all aspects of spinal surgery.
Training under orthopaedic spinal surgeons during my fellowship gave me a unique opportunity to complement my understanding of spinal pathologies and management of various spinal conditions.
I have a special interest in cervical and lumbar degenerative disease and I am competent in procedures ranging from minimally invasive to complex spinal instrumentation. I believe in evidence based management and use outcome measures for all my patients which is a very important part of my clinical practice.
Lumbar spine disorders
Special clinical interests: Neuralgia and epidural injections.
