I am a Chartered Physiotherapist who has worked in musculoskeletal (MSK) services since 2008.
During this time, I have gained extensive knowledge and experience in the treatment and rehabilitation of a variety of different conditions. My areas of interest include the management of sports injuries, rehabilitation and post-operative recovery.
My treatment approach lies in combining advice and education with corrective exercise and appropriate hands-on treatment.
I like to focus on effective self-management believing that more of the recovery from injury or surgery occurs outside the treatment room and needs to include the approach to life, exercise and work.
