I am a Physiotherapist specialising in acupuncture, Pilates, post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation, post-operative breast surgery rehabilitation, shockwave therapy and sports injury treatment.
I successfully treat a range of acute and chronic musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions, with a special interest in the assessment and functional rehabilitation of spinal pain and core stability. I treat effectively using a combination of manual physiotherapy techniques and specialised exercise-based rehabilitation programmes.
I have completed modified Pilates training including Advanced Matwork and Antenatal and Postnatal Pilates with APPI. I am also a practicing member of the Acupuncture Association for Chartered Physiotherapists and find this a useful adjunct for treating a variety of conditions.
