The service received at every Spire appointment has been prompt, polite and professional. All appointments have run to time and I have felt included in all of the decisions in my care and treatment.
Mr Sturdee was friendly and professional, he explained all of my treatment options and his opinions on each. He visited following admission and again explained what he would be doing as treatment and what to expect afterwards. I felt at ease knowing what to expect and because of the friendly approach of all staff.
All of the staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciated the physios, Katie and Natalie, coming to the room to help me to practice on crutches and navigate stairs. Sue, the healthcare assistant, was incredibly friendly, explaining everything and even giving directions to local shops for my husband to go for food. Amy explained all of my aftercare and pain relief, and made it very clear what was to be expected and what to do if there was a problem. I felt that each person I dealt with genuinely cared about their patients and their role, and it made for a very pleasant process.
