Dr Foo explained everything in a way I would understand, he showed diagrams of the results I could expect and made sure I was happy with everything before agreeing to treat me. I liked that he could tell me what I needed rather than me going away with false expectations.
The whole process from booking a consultation to having surgery was easily arranged which I wasn't expecting. Various dates were given to me so I could arrange which would be best around my job and childcare.
All the staff were very kind and checked everything each time they visited me which meant I knew they had the correct details and knew what they were doing. It was reassuring especially after surgery when it's hard to keep track of what you have had.
