I am a dedicated and highly experienced Ophthalmologist with 17 years of clinical practice, during which I have developed extensive expertise in comprehensive eye care and advanced surgical management. Throughout my career, I have undertaken continuous training in Oculoplastic Surgery with dual fellowship in oculoplasty which lead me to refine my specialist skills in eyelid, lacrimal and orbital procedures.
I have been practicing as an Oculoplastic and Cataract Consultant in Bristol Eye Hospital, delivering high quality patient-centred care with a strong focus on surgical precision, functional restoration and aesthetic outcomes. My practice combines advanced cataract surgery techniques with complex oculoplastic procedures.
I specialise in cataracts, eyelid malposition, ptosis, blepharoplasty, lacrimal disorders, thyroid eye disease and orbital disorders.
To date I have performed over 500 cataract and more than 400 oculoplastic, lacrimal and orbital surgeries in the UK over the past 6 years.
I have special interest in lacrimal disorders including DCR surgery for tear duct obstruction. I am also an expert in repairing eye trauma including, lid and globe (cornea and sclera) trauma due to my overseas training. I have done more than 300 cases of different eye traumas.
I have a special interest in eyelid tumour surgery and advanced periocular reconstructive procedures with extensive expertise in the management of benign and malignant eyelid lesions, combining precise excision with meticulous functional and aesthetic reconstruction.
In addition to my clinical practice, I am deeply committed to education and mentorship, actively training junior doctors and fellows to become skilled Oculoplastic specialist.
I am committed to maintaining the highest professional standards, continuous professional development, and contributing to multidisciplinary collaboration to achieve the best possible outcomes in ophthalmic care.

Before dedicating myself fully to medicine, I was an international competitive swimmer, proudly representing my country in major championships.
I achieved: 4th place in Breaststroke at the African Cup, 3rd place in the Mediterranean Cup (400m Individual Medley), 5th place worldwide in 5km Open Water Swimming.
Competing at this level required discipline, resilience, strategic focus, and mental strength — qualities that continue to shape my professional life today. Swimming taught me perseverance under pressure, precision in performance, and the importance of endurance — both physical and mental.
These experiences have profoundly influenced who I am — driven, dedicated, and committed to excellence.
