I am an established retinal specialist with extensive experience in clinical as well as basic science research. I always strive to implement the latest advancements in managing retinal disease. I have a special interest in macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy providing up to date individualised treatment.
I have spent three years in subspecialist fellowships in Medical Retina and Uveitis at Moorfields Eye Hospital. I have a strong interest in teaching and research, having worked as a UCL under-graduate lecturer as well as a research fellow at Moorfields Eye Hospital clinical trials unit. I have several peer-reviewed publications and I am an invited reviewer for international journals.
I am currently the Clinical Director of the Ophthalmology department at West Hertfordshire NHS Trust.

Spire Bristol Hospital is only able to provide Covid-19 tests to patients undergoing surgery at our hospital. Covid-19 testing or antibody tests are not available as a standalone service.
