MSc, Bachelors of Physiotherapy
I have previously worked in the NHS specialising in Trauma and Orthopaedics and have been working at Spire Yale Hospital since 2022. I treat patients both on the ward and in outpatient clinics, providing support across a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
I offer a specialist hand therapy service, including thermoplastic splinting, alongside rehabilitation for orthopaedic conditions and post‑operative recovery. My clinical work also includes manual therapy, electrotherapy, shockwave therapy and rehabilitation programmes tailored to individual needs.
I have experience in the management of hand conditions, falls prevention and care of the elderly, and support patients through all stages of recovery following injury or surgery. In addition, I am a fully qualified Pilates instructor with The Polish Academy of Sport, incorporating exercise‑based rehabilitation into my practice where appropriate.
My work covers trauma and orthopaedics, hand therapy and post‑operative rehabilitation, with a focus on restoring function and supporting recovery.
