I have been practising as a full time consultant orthopaedic surgeon at the renowned Specialist Orthopaedic Hospital - Robert Jones and Agnes Orthopaedic Hospital in Oswestry since 2019. I have a specialist interest in adult lower limb arthroplasty and young adult hip pathology. My areas of expertise include both primary and revision (re-do) hip and knee replacement surgery as well as knee and hip arthroscopy.

My primary medical degree was from India in 2002. I completed my basic surgical training in Liverpool and progressed onto the specialist orthopaedic training on the popular Mersey (Liverpool) Orthopaedic Rotation. I was awarded the prestigious Professor Sir John Charnley lower limb arthroplasty fellowship, at the highly regarded Wrightington Orthopaedic Hospital also known as the birthplace for the modern hip replacement. I further completed a fellowship in young adult hip practice at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, Birmingham.

I am an academic clinician and therefor heavily involved in Orthopaedic education. I have authored several papers in peer reviewed Orthopaedic journals and lectured at national and international Orthopaedic meetings. I teach on the MCh Orthopaedics Course and Wrightington Hospital and hold an Honorary Senior Lecturer in Edge Hill University.

I consider treating my patients as a journey towards achieving the best outcome which is reflected in the feedback and reviews.
