After my initial training in India, I completed my specialist training in Trauma and Orthopaedics and have been working as a consultant for over eight years in North Wales.

My practice includes complex lower limb trauma and have special interest in knee arthroscopies, hip and knee replacements and revision knee replacements. I do a significant number of joint replacements annually and my outcomes and results are well reflected on the National Joint registry. I have particular interest in accelerated rehabilitation of operated patients with enhanced recovery and Day case hip and knee replacements.

I hold key managerial responsibilities and am the clinical lead and network lead for my health board and am heavily involved in the reconfiguration of Orthopaedic services across North Wales. I have initiated many Quality improvement projects and have played a key role in establishing a dedicated hip and knee replacement service for North Wales area.

I hold an honorary senior lecturer contract with Edge Hill University and teach and train specialty trainees on the Welsh rotation. My work has been presented at various conferences and have been published in reputed orthopaedic journals. I peer review scientific articles and sit on the editorial board of few Orthopaedic Journals. I believe in and am committed to providing high quality care for my patients.
