I am a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon offering private treatment at Spire Murrayfield Hospital, Spire Yale Hospital, and Spire Abergele Clinic. I have extensive experience in modern hip and knee surgery and routinely use advanced techniques to support faster recovery and improved outcomes.
My clinical interests include navigation‑assisted and patient‑specific hip and knee arthroplasty, arthroscopy, and the management of soft tissue injuries. I regularly perform computer‑assisted knee replacements, unicompartmental (partial) knee replacements, patellofemoral (kneecap) arthroplasty, minimally invasive procedures, and resurfacing hip arthroplasty. I also carry out arthroscopic (keyhole) surgery for knee conditions, tailoring each treatment plan to the individual patient.
I undertook my specialist orthopaedic training in the South West Thames region of London and was appointed to the prestigious Great Ormond Street Hospital Paediatric Orthopaedic Fellowship, rotating with the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital at Stanmore. I further developed my expertise through an additional clinical fellowship in lower limb arthroplasty before being appointed as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Ysbyty Gwynedd in Bangor, North Wales.
I also hold an Honorary Consultant contract with the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital in Oswestry, allowing me to continue my specialist work in paediatric orthopaedics. Alongside my clinical practice, I am strongly committed to education and regularly support postgraduate training and the development of future orthopaedic surgeons.
