I graduated from the University of Delhi in 1983. After doing my initial basic training, I started training in the field of Ophthalmology and was awarded a Masters Degree in Surgery (Ophthalmology). This degree was granted by the University of Delhi. During my MS Ophthalmology, I was involved in research in the fitting of Gas-permeable contact lenses.
