Virtual consultations:
I am a Consultant ENT Surgeon with a particular interest in otology, including the diagnosis and management of ear conditions and the non‑surgical treatment of imbalance and dizziness.
I graduated from the University of Birmingham in 1984 and have extensive experience in otolaryngology, gained through training in both the Midlands and New Zealand.
I am actively involved in specialist training and serve as an examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons. I also have an interest in medico‑legal work and have undertaken specific training to act as an expert witness within my specialty.
I assess and manage a wide range of ear and ENT conditions, including balance disorders such as vertigo, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) and labyrinthitis, as well as tinnitus and general ear problems. I also provide consultations for children.
After 30 years as a consultant in Wrexham, I have decided to cease offering surgical treatment for private patients from 1 January 2026. I will continue my surgical practice within the NHS.
