Professional profile

I qualified from University of the Punjab Lahore, Pakistan and completed general surgical training at institute of medical sciences Islamabad. After acquiring the fellowship of the royal college of surgeons I arrived in the UK and worked in NHS Scotland and Wales. After broad based training in urology, I became a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in urology, fellow or the European Board of Urology and Fellow of the European Committee of Sexual Medicine.

I have been serving the community in Ceredigion, Powys and south Gwynedd, providing a wide range of urological services at Bronglais General Hospital Aberystwyth.

Recently I moved from mid-Wales to North Wales and currently work as a consultant urological surgeon at Wrexham Maelor Hospital.

I am delighted to offer high quality urological service to male and female patients in both diagnostic and treatment settings across the whole urology disease spectrum.

I have a special interest in prostate health, sexual dysfunction, kidney and urinary bladder cancer and management of overactive bladder syndrome.
