I am a Yorkshireman, who trained in medicine in Liverpool and North Wales and I have been an NHS and private consultant in Wrexham for 12 years. I am a highly experienced diabetologist, endocrinologist and general internal physician.
My private practice is based around offering a bespoke service to each patient but based around the exact treatment principles for a particular condition that would be applied in my NHS service ie: you will not be over nor undertreated unnecessarily. I am happy to see a whole range of medical and endocrine problems in my private practice and I endeavour to provide a holistic service to all my patients.
Special clinical interests: Thyroid and parathyroid disease; Pituitary disease; Adrenal gland disease; Testosterone deficiency in men; Polycystic ovarian syndrome and related issues, tiredness and fatigue.

I am married to a GP and have two children. When I am not working I enjoy fell walking and running, cycling, wild swimming, playing the guitar and following my two favourite teams, Hull City and Liverpool.
