I specialise in the treatment of difficult and complex fractures, including the management of malunion and non‑union of long bones. My surgical expertise includes the use of intramedullary nails, external fixators, Ilizarov frames, and modern ring fixator techniques, allowing individualised care for complex trauma and limb reconstruction cases.

I have received advanced training in lower limb joint replacement and revision surgery at internationally recognised centres, including Wrightington Hospital and Hammersmith Hospital in London. My specialist experience includes both cemented and uncemented hip arthroplasty, as well as the use of uncemented long stems for complex revision hip surgery.

I completed my specialist orthopaedic training in Manchester and London and have extensive experience managing patients with complex trauma, particularly those with delayed fracture healing, malunion, and non‑union. I also completed an AO Trauma Fellowship in Canada, gaining further expertise in advanced trauma surgery and fracture care.

My clinical interests include: trauma surgery, long bone fractures, malunion and non‑union, bone and joint infection, management of fragility fractures, and outcome analysis following hip and knee arthroplasty.

In addition to my clinical work in Worcester, I have a strong professional interest in the deployment of UK Trauma Teams to disaster zones, supporting the delivery of emergency surgical care in challenging environments.
