The primary focus of my private practice in Worcester and Worcestershire is the expert treatment of varicose veins. Since 2004, I have specialised in minimally invasive varicose vein treatments, embracing modern endovenous techniques that have transformed patient care.

These endovenous procedures have largely eliminated the need for traditional groin incisions and vein stripping, resulting in reduced discomfort, faster recovery, earlier return to normal activities and high patient satisfaction.

My approach closely follows NICE guidance CG168 for varicose veins, which recommends duplex ultrasound scanning for all patients to identify the underlying cause, endothermal ablation as first‑line treatment whenever suitable, ultrasound‑guided foam sclerotherapy where required and traditional surgery only when minimally invasive methods are not appropriate.

This evidence‑based pathway has been central to my practice for over a decade.

In addition to varicose vein treatment, I offer a full range of arterial vascular procedures. I also perform transthoracic sympathectomy for patients suffering from excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis), providing effective surgical treatment for this challenging condition.
