I am a Consultant Ophthalmologist based in Worcester, with a subspecialist interest in oculoplastic, eyelid, lacrimal, and orbital (eye socket) surgery. My practice covers both functional and aesthetic conditions affecting the eyes and surrounding tissues, delivered with a careful, patient‑centred approach.

My subspecialist practice includes: eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), oculoplastic surgery, including treatment of periocular tumours, aesthetic periocular procedures, lacrimal surgery for watery eyes and orbital (eye socket) surgery.

I have been practising as an Ophthalmologist since 1996. My comprehensive specialist training was undertaken primarily within the Liverpool University Deanery Hospitals, where I obtained Membership of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists and Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in Ophthalmology.

Following this, I completed advanced fellowships in Oculoplastic, Orbital and Lacrimal Surgery in Newcastle upon Tyne and at Moorfields Eye Hospital, London, gaining extensive experience in complex eyelid, tear duct, orbital, and reconstructive eye surgery.

I have worked as a Consultant Ophthalmologist at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust since May 2009, providing specialist eye care to patients across Worcester and Worcestershire. Prior to this, I held a consultant appointment at the Western Eye Hospital, London.

My special clinical interests include: skin cancer, including Mohs microsurgery, reconstructive periocular surgery, blepharoplasty and periocular cosmetic surgery, oculoplastic and lacrimal disorders, and orbital disease.

My approach to care is meticulous, evidence‑based, and compassionate, ensuring patients receive clear explanations and tailored treatment plans. I work closely within multidisciplinary teams to achieve safe, effective, and aesthetically sensitive outcomes.
