I'm a Consultant Dermatologist with a passion for providing patient-focused care. I have served as a dedicated Consultant Dermatologist at the Worcester Hospital NHS Trust since 2018. Within this role, I lead various clinics, including a weekly skin cancer clinic, a general dermatology clinic, and a weekly skin surgery list. My specialist interests are Medical Dermatology, skin oncology, and skin surgery.

As a patient-centred practitioner, my aim is to provide comprehensive care for a range of skin conditions. I offer treatment options for ailments such as eczema, psoriasis, acne, rosacea, urticaria, vulval dermatoses, hair loss, pigment disorders, hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), generalised itching, actinic keratosis, moles, and skin lesion screening. Additionally, I have extensive experience in performing skin surgery and cryotherapy, enabling the removal of both benign lesions and skin cancer on the head, neck, trunk, and limbs.

I graduated from The Dr MGR Medical University in Tamilnadu, India, and went on to become a member of the Royal College of Physicians in London after specialising in General Medicine. Following that, I specialised in Dermatology on the West Midlands training programme and obtained the Specialty Certificate in Dermatology.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of presenting at national and international meetings, including those hosted by the British Association of Dermatologists (BAD), European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV), and the American Academy of Dermatologists (AAD). Furthermore, I have contributed to peer-reviewed Dermatology journals with my publications.

I believe in fostering open communication with my patients, ensuring they fully understand their conditions and treatment options. My goal is to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their skin health, while providing compassionate and personalised care.

Outside of my professional endeavours, I enjoy staying updated with the latest advancements in Dermatology through continuous learning and research. I am committed to improving the well-being of my patients and strive to deliver the highest quality of care possible.

I welcome GP referrals and self-referrals. I am recognised as a provider for most insurance companies and also treat patients who choose to self-pay. If you have any concerns or would like to discuss your dermatological needs, please do not hesitate to get in touch. I look forward to meeting you and assisting you on your journey to healthy skin.
