I am a physiotherapist working at Spire, providing care for patients with musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions. I work across both the ward and outpatient clinics, supporting patients before and after surgery as well as those managing longer‑term movement or strength issues.
Since qualifying as a physiotherapist in 2024, I have developed a particular interest in lower‑limb orthopaedic rehabilitation. I regularly support patients recovering from hip, knee and ankle surgery, helping them regain strength, confidence and function through each stage of recovery. My focus is always on safe, progressive rehabilitation tailored to individual goals and lifestyles.
I use a combination of hands‑on manual therapy, electrotherapy and structured exercise programmes to support recovery and manage pain. Strength and conditioning form an important part of my approach, helping patients return not only to everyday activities but also to sport or higher‑level movement where appropriate.
Having worked at Spire since 2021, initially as a therapy assistant, I understand the full patient journey and value consistency, encouragement and clear guidance throughout treatment. I am passionate about working closely with patients, listening to their concerns and helping them achieve the best possible outcomes.
My aim is to provide supportive, practical physiotherapy that helps patients move more confidently and return to the activities that matter most to them.
