I have been a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon since 1980, having previously worked in one of the busiest NHS trauma units in the UK and spent several years as a visiting consultant to Liverpool Prison.
I treat patients with dentoalveolar, oral medicine, salivary gland and temporomandibular joint pathology. Author of over 100 articles in peer reviewed journals and the sole author of a textbook diagnosis and treatment of facial fractures.
I routinely prepare reports for medico-legal cases on personal injury and alleged medical/dental negligence and I am an individual founding member of the Expert Witness Institute.
