Specialises in
I am a consultant neurologist seeing patients at Spire with epilepsy and a wide range of neurological conditions. My approach is focused on careful listening, clear explanations and working with patients to create practical, personalised management plans.
I specialise in the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy, including complex and treatment‑resistant cases. I regularly provide second opinions, medication reviews and detailed assessments, and I work closely with specialist multidisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive evidence‑based care tailored to their individual needs. I understand how disruptive seizures can be to everyday life and aim to support patients with clear guidance and realistic treatment options.
Alongside epilepsy care, I assess and manage a broad range of neurological symptoms and conditions, including headaches and migraine, movement disorders such as Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, sensory symptoms and peripheral nerve problems. I see patients at all stages of their diagnostic journey, from new or unexplained symptoms through to long‑term neurological conditions.
In addition to my private practice at Spire, I am the Clinical Lead for Epilepsy at The Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust and also provide a visiting neurology service at Arrowe Park Hospital. I trained in neurology in the North West and graduated in medicine with honours from the University of Liverpool.
My priority is to help patients feel informed, supported and confident in their care.
