I have been a consultant in trauma and orthopaedic surgery since 2011. I specialise in general lower limb surgery and complex trauma. I have a specialist interest in hip and knee replacements, knee arthroscopy and soft tissue knee injuries.

I completed my undergraduate medical training at Jesus College, University of Cambridge in 1999. My basic surgical training was based at the Queens Medical Centre in Nottingham. I completed this in 2004 and was awarded Membership of the The Royal College of Surgeons of England. I returned to Cambridge for my higher surgical training in trauma and orthopaedic surgery in 2009 and became a Fellow of the The Royal College of Surgeons. 

I completed my training in trauma and orthopaedic surgery in 2010 and was subsequently awarded a place on the General Medical Council's Specialist Register.

In 2010-2011, I worked in Vancouver, Canada as a Fellow in orthopaedic trauma surgery to gain specialist training in complex trauma.
