I am a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in hip and knee surgery, with experience treating both routine joint conditions and more complex cases.
I support patients with a wide range of concerns, including arthritis, joint pain and problems following injury. I offer both non-surgical treatments and advanced surgical options where needed, including primary and revision hip and knee replacement surgery.
I have a particular interest in revision hip surgery, especially for cases involving instability, fractures around joint replacements and complications such as infection. I also have experience in managing complex cases, including those involving bone loss or damage following trauma or cancer.
Alongside my clinical work, I am the Orthopaedic Oncology Lead and co-founder of a specialist service supporting patients with cancer affecting the bones. This involves working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care and advanced reconstructive procedures when required.
I trained in orthopaedics in the UK and have been practising as a consultant for several years, developing a broad and specialist skill set in lower limb surgery.
I am also actively involved in teaching and training, supporting the development of future orthopaedic surgeons, and contribute to research and service development within the field.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and staying active.
