I am a General Neurologist by training and have experience of dealing with any neurological illnesses. My subspecialty interest is in vascular neurology and I have dual accreditation in stroke medicine. I run one epilepsy clinic at the Walton Centre in Liverpool and have special interest in funny turns and blackouts. I have been a consultant for a few years and do enjoy clinical neurology in all aspects.

I am dedicated to patient care and received my clinical excellence award in the first year of my consultant job for developing the stroke intervention pathway for Cheshire and Merseyside stroke network. I act as an advisor for the stroke group of British Neurological Association as this influences the policy development for the stroke patient care and research within the UK.

I am the Clinical Lead for Stroke intervention at Walton Centre, advisor for the Association for British Neurology for stroke, and an Honorary Senior lecturer University of Liverpool.
