I have been a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon with a special interest in glaucoma and cataract surgery since 1994. My particular interests are in all aspects of adult glaucoma care including medical, laser and surgery and also cataract management - particularly in the context of glaucoma.
To date, I have performed over 15,000 phacoemulsification cataract surgeries, over 1,500 trabeculectomy surgeries. I have also performed over 5,000 glaucoma and other laser procedures including selective laser trabeculoplasty, Yag laser iridotomy, Yag capsulotomy, cyclodiode and endo-cyclodiode.
Spire Little Aston Hospital is only able to provide Covid-19 tests to patients undergoing surgery at our hospital. Covid-19 testing or antibody tests are not available as a standalone service.
