I qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2024 and joined Spire in August 2024. I work with clients with the aim of restoring movement and function, reducing pain and enhancing overall wellbeing.
I specialise in orthopaedic and musculoskeletal physiotherapy care, covering all joints, spines, sports injuries assessment/treatment and post-operative rehabilitation.
I have worked in the fitness industry for 17 years, coaching people from amateur to professional level in aerial sports and general personal training. I hold a Level 3 Award in Supporting Pre and Post Natal Clients with Exercise and Nutrition, and I am Level 4 qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist.
