I did MBBS and subsequent MS(Orth) degrees in India and moved to the UK to get advanced training in Trauma and Orthopaedics. I did specialist Orthopaedic training in South Wales and Manchester. I obtained specialist registration in Trauma and Orthopaedics in December 2010.
I developed a sub-specialist interest in paediatric orthopaedics and adult Foot and ankle surgery. I have completed a specialist fellowship in Paediatric Orthopaedics and Adult Lower Limb Surgery. I provide a comprehensive service in paediatric orthopaedic surgery as well as adult foot and ankle surgery.
I have keen interest in clinical research and have published more than 20 research articles in international Orthopaedic journals. I also have more than 40 presentations to my credit. Before joining Hull and East Yorkshire NHS Trust, I was working as a Consultant at the world renowned Alder Hey Children’s Hospital.
The services I provide include paediatric orthopaedics, forefoot surgery, hind foot surgery, ankle surgery, arthroscopic surgery (ankle, foot, knee) and ligament reconstruction of ankle.
In addition to clinical services I also provide a quick and efficient Medico-legal reporting service.
