I maintain a broad interest in general orthopaedics and trauma surgery, with a specialist focus on hip and knee conditions. This includes primary and complex hip and knee joint replacement surgery, unicompartmental (partial) knee replacement, and arthroscopic (keyhole) surgery of both the knee and hip. I also have a particular interest in complex and revision hip surgery, supporting patients who require further treatment following previous joint replacement.

I qualified in India, where I completed my postgraduate degree in orthopaedics (MS), before working as a lecturer in a teaching hospital for two years. I later completed specialist orthopaedic training in England and have spent the majority of my career working within the Yorkshire region. As part of my advanced training, I undertook a dedicated hip and knee arthroplasty fellowship at the internationally renowned Wrightington Hospital, a highly specialised tertiary referral centre for joint replacement surgery. This experience further strengthened my expertise in modern joint replacement and reconstructive techniques.

Alongside my clinical work, I have a strong interest in research and evidence‑based practice. I have published several articles in international orthopaedic journals and continue to apply the latest research findings to my everyday practice.
