MD, PhD
I am a Consultant Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (HPB) Surgeon specialising in the treatment of both benign and malignant conditions affecting the pancreas, liver and biliary system. I manage patients with complex pancreatic and biliary diseases and perform major pancreatic surgery, including pancreatectomy procedures with portal vein resection and reconstruction, while focusing on high standards of patient care and surgical outcomes.
I have extensive experience in the treatment of complex biliary conditions, including gallstones, common bile duct (CBD) stones, and benign and malignant biliary strictures. Depending on the condition and individual patient needs, I offer both laparoscopic (keyhole) and open surgical procedures.
Alongside my specialist HPB practice, I also perform a wide range of general surgical procedures, including laparoscopic and open surgery for inguinal, femoral, umbilical and incisional hernias, appendicectomy, splenectomy, adrenalectomy, and small and large bowel resections.
My approach is centred on providing personalised, evidence-based care, ensuring patients feel fully informed and supported throughout their diagnosis, treatment and recovery.
