I am a consultant ENT (ear, nose and throat) surgeon at Spire Hull & East Riding Hospital, specialising in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of general and complex ENT conditions. My main clinical interests include rhinology (nose and sinus conditions), as well as thyroid and parathyroid surgery.
As a member of the British Association of Endocrine Surgeons, I actively contribute to the national audit of thyroid and parathyroid surgery, ensuring my practice reflects the highest standards of patient care and surgical outcomes.
I provide comprehensive ENT care for both adults and children, including treatments such as earwax removal, grommet insertion for glue ear, laryngoscopy investigations, and management of neck lumps. I regularly perform septoplasty, septorhinoplasty and submucous resection to improve nasal breathing and structure, alongside functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) and nasal polyp removal. My practice also includes tonsillectomy and adenotonsillectomy for children, adult tonsil surgery, and the treatment of voice and swallowing disorders.
In addition, I specialise in thyroidectomy and parathyroid surgery, and manage a broad range of head and neck conditions, including head and neck pathology and surgery. I also offer paediatric ENT care for children aged 3–12, ensuring a tailored and reassuring approach for younger patients.
