I am an Oncoplastic and Reconstructive Breast Surgeon at Hull University Teaching Hospitals, specialising in breast cancer surgery, breast reconstruction and aesthetic breast procedures. I offer the full range of modern surgical treatments, including mastectomy, skin-sparing mastectomy, wide local excision and sentinel lymph node biopsy, with a strong focus on achieving both effective cancer treatment and excellent cosmetic outcomes.
My expertise includes breast reconstruction following mastectomy, using advanced techniques such as implant-based reconstruction (including pre-pectoral and sub-pectoral implants with acellular dermal matrices) and lipomodelling (fat grafting). I also specialise in oncoplastic breast conservation surgery and therapeutic mammoplasty, helping preserve breast shape and appearance wherever possible.
In addition to cancer care, I provide comprehensive breast care and cosmetic breast surgery, including breast reduction, breast uplift (mastopexy), breast implant removal and male breast reduction (gynaecomastia surgery). I also support patients with breast lump investigation and breast lump removal, offering rapid assessment and treatment for peace of mind. I have a dedicated interest in transgender female-to-male top surgery, providing personalised, patient-centred care.
I have performed over 2,000 breast procedures, covering both reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. My training includes prestigious oncoplastic fellowships at centres such as Guy’s and St Thomas’, Addenbrooke’s and The Royal Marsden, alongside international experience.
My approach is to deliver compassionate, expert breast surgery, combining the latest techniques with clear communication to ensure patients feel informed, supported and confident throughout their treatment journey.
